The victim’s credit card was reported as missing from Houlihans in Eagan MN on April 2, 2012. On April 3 2012 at about 1045 hours, the credit card is used fraudulently at our local Target and Walmart to purchase, and attempt to purchase, gift cards. Looking for help in identifying this female and/or the small red vehicle with a dark stripe on the side
